Initially, Healthwise Pharmacy approached Madcraft with the objective of simply creating a customised eCommerce site. However, the vast range of products and services offered by Healthwise was identified as an opportunity to elevate their website beyond a simple eCommerce platform to a player on a wider geographical stage. To achieve this, Madcraft developed an ongoing multichannel marketing strategy aimed at driving the continued growth in awareness and revenue for Healthwise.

How Madcraft Helped

To increase revenue through performance marketing, Healthwise Pharmacies needed a strong digital strategy across multiple platforms. Madcraft created a seamless customer shopping experience by implementing email marketing, search ad campaigns, and Meta Ads with constant testing.

This included a thorough email strategy utilizing timely automations and advanced list segmentation through email marketing achieving higher engagement and conversion rates, strengthened relationships and increased customer loyalty. This has resulted in an increase in Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

A multichannel approach to Google Ads that reflected current search trends and seasonal variations. Supplemented by a well optimised Google Shopping feed with regular A/B testing of product titles and adding custom attributes to provide users with more comprehensive information about the products. Google Ads alone saw an increase of 478% in revenue quarter on quarter over a 12 month period.

Ta combination of Organic and targeted Meta Ads during busy periods to increase footfall to stores. The ongoing refinement and testing of creative assets have resulted in higher engagement and conversion rates, strengthened relationships, and increased customer loyalty.
