Shane Boyle founded Madcraft in 2017 and has since grown the company into a dynamic team of 40 professionals. As CEO, he leads the global organization, setting strategic direction and spearheading business growth. With a deep interest in technology, Shane is passionate about helping companies connect with their target markets in innovative ways, ensuring they stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Caitlin Foley is a motivated and creative problem-solver with experience in digital marketing, project management, brand growth, and operations management. As Madcraft’s Operations Manager, she supports projects across various services, from client acquisition to brand development, web development, and performance marketing. Caitlin manages processes to ensure efficiency across departments, including training and new systems uptake.

Robert Duggan began his marketing career in the SEO space and brings his keen interest in SEO and digital strategy to his role as Madcraft’s Digital Marketing Director. He manages the marketing department with an eye for detail and a love of innovative strategy, helping his team drive growth across marketing channels for their clients. Robert has extensive experience managing multichannel digital marketing projects, incorporating paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and data analytics for clients of all sizes across various sectors domestically and internationally.

Dylan Rogers is an experienced and passionate digital marketing and e-commerce professional. As Director of Performance & Business Development, Dylan takes a data driven approach leveraging his experience with clients from start-ups to 8-figure businesses to ensure client performance aligns with objectives. With a focus on CLV, CRO and a love for email marketing, Dylan helps businesses grow and excel in the e-commerce landscape.

Ronan Doolin, Madcraft’s Chief Financial Officer, expertly oversees financial management and reporting for the company. With over fifteen years of experience, he ensures compliance with Irish, UK, and US GAAP while managing joint venture relationships and the annual audit process. Ronan provides crucial financial analysis to senior management, handles regulatory returns, and contributes to financial due diligence for acquisitions. He also drives the improvement of internal controls and accounting processes, to achieve excellence in financial operations.

Juvy Ramirez is Head of IT Projects with a Master's degree in International Project Management and specialized certifications in Agile methodologies. With a foundation in software development and strategic leadership, Juvy navigates the complexities of project management to deliver outstanding results in the digital and e-commerce sectors. Her career has been spent at the intersection of technology and business, driving project success that exceeds client expectations and fosters business growth.

Megan Kavanagh brings a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user behavior to her role as Madcraft’s UX/UI Manager. She oversees the design team, ensuring their work is innovative, groundbreaking, and pushes the boundaries of intuitive and engaging design. Megan’s ability to motivate her team and her high standards ensure that every project meets the highest quality of UX/UI design principles.
